How do the initiation and termination of translation process occur in bacteria?

Translation : a. Initiation : it involves the assemblage of a ribosome of mRNA.
Activation of amino acids.
Termination : The release of polypeptide chain.

A translational unit in mRNA is the sequence of RNA that is flanked by the start codon and the stop codon and codes for a plypeptide. An mRNA also has some additional sequences that are not translated at both 5’-end and 3’-end.
5’---->before start codon.
3’----> after stop codon.
