How do microfilaments and microtubules differ?

Differences between microfilaments and microtubules:
Microfilaments:
(1)Actin is the main component of microfila ment and so they are contractile.
(2)Diameter is 5-6 nm.
(3)Sub-units are absent.
Microtubules:
(1)Alpha and Beta tubulin proteins are the main components of the microtubules and so they are noncontractile.
(2)Diameter is 25 nm.
(3)13 protofilaments form a microtubule.
