We can implement sustainability of development through resource planning. Resource planning is essential for sustainable development.
These are three ways through which we can ensure sustainable development or three stages of resource planning are
(i) Identification and inventory of resources across the regions of the country, which involves surveying, mapping and qualitative and quantitative estimation and measurement of the resources.
(ii) Planning for resources development using appropriate skill, technology and institutional set up.
(iii) Proper resources development plans incongruence with overall national development plans.
