Explain the following terms connected with the eye. (i) Ciliary muscles (ii) Accommodation (iii) Blind spot
(i) Ciliary muscles: These are the muscles which
hold the eye lens.
(ii) Accommodation: The ability of the eye lens to changes its focal length is called accommoda-tion.
(iii) Blind pot: The point at which the optic nerve
leaves the eye. An image formed at this point is not sent to the brain.
