Explain how the disobedience of Odysseus’ men creates problems in the land of cicones?

Answer:

Odyssseus tells his men to return to the ship after winning their battle against the Cicones. His men instead sit there and revel in their new treasure. A couple of the Cicone prisoners escape from the unguarded ship, and they go and get their brothers. They brought back many troops and kill around 70 of Odysseus’ men before they are forced to retreat back to their ships. 6 from each ship died.
