Distinguish between : Endocrine and Exocrine glands

Endocrine glands :

  1. They do not have ducts.
  2. These secrete hormones directly into the blood.
  3. Thyroid, Hypothalamus, Pituitary etc.
    Exocrine glands :
    1.They possess ducts.
    2.They secrete their secretions into ducts.
    3.Sweat and oil glands (of skin), Liver and salivary glands.
