Differentiate between saturated and unsaturated fatty acids

Differentiate between saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Give one example for each.

Differences between saturated and unsaturated fatty acids are given below
Saturated Fatty Acids:
1.These are the fatty acids, which contains only single bonds more (no double or triple bonds) in their molecules.
2.They are less reactive.
3.e.g., Palmitic acid, stearic acid.
Unsaturated Fatty Acids:
1.These are the fatty acids, which contain one or double or triple bonds in their molecules.
2.They are more reactive.
3.e.g., Linoleic acid, arachidonic acid.
