A wire 82m long carries a current of 18 A, running perpendicular through a uniform magnetic field of 0.2 T. What is the magnitude and direction of the magnetic force applied on the charge?

To find the magnitude it is very simple
Since Fb=ILB
you just plug it in to get
82180.2=295.2N
And since it is perpendicular using the second right hand rule the magnetic field is going clockwise assuming that the wire is pointing straight down thus with the first right hand rule you get that the force is rightward.
If it was parallel the answer would simply be zero.
